Pilates Explained

Pilates put simply, is an effective programme of exercise that virtually anyone can enjoy and adapt to their goals or needs. Whether it is purely for fitness purposes, management of an ongoing condition or improving your golf swing through increased core control. There is not much Pilates can not be attributed to helping.

Pilates effectively builds flexibility, endurance, co-ordination and strength of your back, abdominals, arms and legs.

To ensure you get the most out of our Pilates classes we require that you attend a one-to-one session with our instructor arranged at a time suitable to you. This is discuss any queries you may have,ensure that Pilates would be beneficial and that the subtle movements incorporated within this exercise approach are understood and can be performed.
